300CC_Extruder V2 - 2026
The 300CC V2 is an open-source extruder designed by Emmanuel Hugnot to make paste 3D printing practical, reliable, and accessible. Built as the evolution of the original 300CC project, it allows anyone to experiment with materials like clay, earth, or bio-composites without needing expensive hardware. By focusing on a stripped-down design where every single component serves a clear purpose, the entire extruder can be assembled for under €100.
The V2 design was refined in September 2026 during a collaborative workshop with 3rd-year design students at ESAD Orléans. This hands-on collaboration helped test, iterate, and streamline the assembly process to ensure it remains user-friendly and functional. Contributors : Aldebert Victor, Audebert Alexandre, Camille Leroux, Jad Herbigo, Ines Ouasli, Romain Rouget, Ismérie Sutter, Nicolas-Alexandre Tschiederer.
