The 300CC_extruder is a mechanical extruder for the extrusion of ductile pastes. Its 300CC capacity allows to test bio-material samples or to print small quantities of clay, in spaces other than workshops.
The design of the extruder is minimalist, lowering the manufacturing cost by using the original extruder motor of your printer. The concept is to make mechanical extrusion technology accessible to the 3d printer owner.The extruder is designed to be attached to Cartesian printers (like the CR10, Ender 3 etc) but an adapter for specific printers can be printed.

The 300CC extruder and its manual are available as open source on the thingiverse.com website. In an effort to encourage the development of ductile paste printing (ceramics, biomaterials...) and the research that surrounds it, the open distribution of the extruder design allows to constantly improve it, but also to build a community around these tools.
